PRODUCTS & HANDMADE ITEMS
Many ReelCuteBoutique products are handmade, made to order, customized, or individually assembled. Because of this, slight variations in placement, color, pattern, embellishments, or appearance may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
These minor variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute a defect.
CUSTOMIZATION
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for customized or personalized products, including names, credentials, wording, colors, styles, reel selections, and other options.
ReelCuteBoutique is not responsible for errors in information submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Once production has begun, customization selections may not be changed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our current processing time is 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on a product listing.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment is required at checkout before an order enters processing.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because products may begin processing shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation or correction, please contact ReelCuteBoutique as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.
Shipping/transit time begins after the applicable processing period.
ReelCuteBoutique is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for their intended purpose.
Small accessories, charms, badge reel components, embellishments, and similar items may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from small children and pets.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ReelCuteBoutique branding, original product photographs, original graphics, website content, written descriptions, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
ReelCuteBoutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or orders containing inappropriate or abusive customization requests.
If ReelCuteBoutique cancels a paid order, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
