RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or personalized/customized items.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, an order cannot be canceled or changed.

If you need to request a cancellation or correction, please contact ReelCuteBoutique as soon as possible. Requests are not guaranteed once processing has started.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Please double-check all names, credentials, colors, styles, clip selections, and other customization information before submitting your order.

ReelCuteBoutique is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect credentials, or other customization information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by ReelCuteBoutique, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

SHIPPING ISSUES

ReelCuteBoutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the shipping carrier first.

Please contact us if you need assistance with the information necessary to pursue a carrier claim.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
