PROCESSING TIME
Most ReelCuteBoutique items are handmade and/or made to order.
Our current processing time is 7–10 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is the time needed to create, prepare, and package your order and does not include shipping/transit time.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
SHIPPING
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using the shipping method selected or displayed at checkout.
Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Please remember:

Shipping/transit time: Additional time after processing
An estimated carrier delivery date does not change or shorten our processing time.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the email address associated with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your shipping label is created.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit times are outside of ReelCuteBoutique's control.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ReelCuteBoutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
LOST, MISSING OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the shipping carrier.
ReelCuteBoutique will assist with providing available order and tracking information when needed for a carrier inquiry or claim.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
ReelCuteBoutique currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
